新型精梳机梳理度与梳理元件配置的探讨

通过理论分析和生产实践,针对国内普遍纺制的纱线品种,探讨新型精梳机梳理度与梳理元件配置的关系。研究结果表明,适应于目前新型精梳机的梳理元件,主要分为中密度型和高密度型,两类锡林各有所长。根据不同的用户质量需求,应选择相适应的工艺方案及梳理度配置,以获得较好的经济效益。

Exploration and Practice of the Carding Degree of the New Comber and the Allocation of the Combing Parts

Based on the theoretic analysis and the production practice,this paper explores the relationship between the carding degree of the new comber and the allocation of the combing parts,which is special for all kinds of yarns popular in China.The results show that the combing parts suitable for the new comber are divided into the comber with middle density and the comber with high density,each of which has its advantages.According to the requirements from different consumers,selection of the suitable process and carding degree allocation can obtain the better economic benefits.
