碳纤维上浆剂的开发和研究进展

在碳纤维生产过程中,上浆是一道重要的工序,上浆剂在碳纤维的性能方面扮演着重要的角色。首先介绍了碳纤维上浆剂的类型、合成方法及上浆工艺,然后重点阐述了上浆剂对碳纤维表面及复合材料的影响。已有研究结果表明:上浆后碳纤维表面形成一层光滑、连续、平整的薄膜,使其耐磨性、毛丝量都有所改善;上浆碳纤维与基体树脂不易剥离,增强了碳纤维层间剪切的强度。

Development and Research Progress of Carbon Fiber Sizing Agent

In the process of carbon fiber production,sizing is an important technology and sizing agent has a great influence on the properties of carbon fiber.Firstly,this thesis introduces the types and synthesis method of sizing agent and sizing technology,and then it mainly introduces the effect of sizing agent on the carbon fiber surface and composites.The results indicate that carbon fiber surface forms a smooth,continuous and even film after sizing so that the wear resistance and wool-silk quantity are improved;Sizing carbon fiber and matrix resin are not easy to peel off,which will enhance the shear strength between carbon fiber layers.
