空气间隔装药光面爆破在公路隧道掘进中的应用

摘    要:在隧道掘进中周边孔装药采用空气间隔装药代替传统的导爆索加竹片施工技术,可在不改变总体施工工序的情况下,缩短施工操作时间,降低工程成本。根据大别山隧道的围岩情况,分三种情况进行了光面爆破传统装药技术和空气间隔装药技术对比试验。结果发现空气间隔装药技术施工工序简单,光爆质量满足设计要求,工程成本降低,具有重要的推广应用价值。

Abstract:During tunnel excavation, the traditional charging structures are substituted by air-decked charge. This construction technique is simpler in operation, lower cost in blasting. In this paper, three charging structures were experimentally studied on the Dahieshan tunnel construction. The results show that air-decked charge technology has many advantages, such as simpler construction processes, higher quality of demolishing smooth blasting and lower cost. Therefore, this technology is well worth spreading.
