电动汽车用续流增磁电机控制器温升的改善方法

摘    要:电动汽车用续流增磁电机驱动系统控制器中的功率模块IGBT工作在大功率状态,有大量的功率损耗转化为热,导致其结温过高,盛夏时控制系统出现过温保护。为了降低控制器温升,通过建立功率模块等效传热模型和分析功率损耗产生的原理构建其功率损耗函数,并基于脉冲序列激励叠加原理构造了模块受周期性间歇功率脉冲序列激励时的结温函数。计算和试验结果表明在相同工作环境中,增加功率模块容量或降低工作频率均可以降低控制器温升。

Abstract:Applied to electric vehicle works on large power and high frequency IGBT gives large thermal out and causes its junction temperature too high. To reduce the elevated temperature, set up the equivalent thermal model of IGBT and the function of power loss to analyze the reasen causes junction temperature to rise. Based on the principle of superposition, set the junction temperature function of IGBT which is motivated by periodic sequence of equal pulses. The results show that both to enlarge the capacitance of IGBT and to reduce the work frequency can reduce the elevated temperature of junction.
