摘    要:为制定QC水电站大坝帷幕灌浆方案,寻求合理的施工工艺、适宜的灌浆材料和最优的灌浆参数,在大坝帷幕开工前进行帷幕灌浆试验与分析。帷幕灌浆试验区布置在坝内廊道,试验区长13.5 m,分坝横、坝纵布置9个钻孔,设置抬动观测孔1个,检查孔2个;采取孔口封闭、自上而下分段循环式的水泥浆液灌浆工艺进行灌浆试验,并对灌浆质量及效果进行分析。结果表明,灌浆效果满足设计要求,采用的参数可直接用于施工,试验达到了预期的目的。该帷幕灌浆施工参数,为坝基处理提供依据。

Abstract:The grouting test and analysis of QC Hydropower Station and relevant works are introduced here such as the purpose,design,technique,problems and treatment of the grouting test before the construction of the curtain.It is pointed out that the early work of grouting test could provide the technical and technological basis for the foundation treatment with significant effect.The stage grouting method with the orifice closed and circulating in hole from top to bottom is used in the grouting test for the dam of QC Hydropower Station.Through the original test data and statistical results,the comparative analyses are made for the unit volume before and after the grouting injection and water rate changes.The experimental results show that the grouting program has achieved the anticipated results and received the design parameters of curtain grouting construction,which could accumulate experiences for curtain grouting under complex conditions and provide references for similar projects.
