基于多传感器数据融合的液压泵故障诊断研究

摘    要:将D—S证据理论应用于多传感器数据融合,提出了多传感器数据融合一般化方法,并将其应用于液压泵故障诊断。通过数据融合诊断结果与单传感器诊断结果的比较,证明多传感器数据融合能明显提高故障诊断的准确率。

Abstract:D - S evidence theory was applied in the multi - sensor data fusion, the generalized method of the data fusion was proposed and applied in the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic pump. Through the comparison of the results between the fusion diagnosis and the single sensor diagnosis, the fact that the accuracy of the fault diagnosis can be obviously improved by the method of multi - sensor data fusion was proved.
