| 摘 要： | 介绍了单片机８０３１构成的焊接热循环测试仪，分析了测试系统的硬件和软件设计。该测试仪可采集、处理和显示焊接温度信号，并可打印输出焊接热循环曲线及特征参数值，实现了焊接热循环的实时准确地测量。

| Abstract: | A instrument for measuring welding thermal cycle by means of single chip microcomputer is developed. The hardware and software of the instrument are analysed. The instrument can acquire, process and display welding temperature,and can also give a printout of the welding thermal cycle curve arid characteristic parameters,the real time accurate measurement of welding thermal cycle is realized. |
