浅谈焦坪矿区综采工作面U型通风可行性

摘    要:2004年陈家山11.28瓦斯爆炸事故以后,铜川矿业焦坪矿区综采工作面通风方式逐步演变为U+L型。这种工作面巷道布置和通风方式能基本解决瓦斯治理和防灭火问题,但是巷道工程量大,煤炭资源损失较大,给矿井带来采掘接续紧张、防灭火压力大和生产成本加大等不利因素。为很好地解决上述问题,结合焦坪矿区三对生产矿井实际,进行综采工作面U型通风可行性分析。

Abstract:Since the Chenjiashan 11.28 gas explosion accident in 2004, the ventilation in fully mechanized mining face of Jiaoping mining area of Tongchuan Mining Co. Ltd. has gradually evolved into U +L type. This way of roadway layout and ventilation of working face can basically solve the problems of gas control and fire prevention and control, but is of large roadway engineering quantity and great loss of coal resources, bringing unfavorable factors to mine such as intenseconneetion of mining and extraction, high pressure of fire prevention and control and increased production costs. In order to solve the above problem well, combining the practice of three pairs of productive mines in Jiaoping mining area, the feasibility of U-type ventilation in fully mechanized mining face is analyzed.
