| 摘 要： | 中国是世界煤炭资源大国,也是煤炭生产、消费大国。煤炭资源具有不可再生的特点,因此,随着逐渐的开采,其总量日益减少。就中国煤炭资源安全问题的现状进行分析,对中国煤炭资源安全法制存在的问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | China is a country of rich coal resource, and a strong country of coal production and consumption. Coal resource is nonrenewable, so the total amount of it is decreasing with the gradual exploitation. The present situation of the safety problem of coal resource in China is analyzed, and the problems existed in safety law for coal resource in China is analyzed. |
