接枝共聚物PET-PP与PET/PP共混体系结构性能的研究

摘    要:合成了一种能增进PP和PET相容的接枝共聚物PET-PP。差示扫描量热法(DSC)和广角X-射线衍射法(WAXD)对PET-PP与PET/PP共混的多相体系研究结果表明;PP-PET接枝共聚物能降低PET的冷结晶峰温(T_(cc))和熔体结晶峰温(T_(mc)),但不影响PET的熔融温度(T_m)。在它们的三元共混体系中PP对PET有结晶促进作用,但并不生成共晶。电子显微镜(SEM)照相证明了PP-PET确实增强了PP和PET间的相容性。

Abstract:PET-PP graft copolymers have been synthesized by the reaction of maleic anhydridecontaining PP with low molecular weight hydroxyl terminated PET. The addition of PET-PP copolymers can effective prevent the nucleation of PET. The crystallization behavior of PET in PET/PET-PP/PP blends and the morphological structure of the blends were investigated by using DSC and WAXD, The crystallinity of PET increases with increasing content of PP, and crystal phase separation exists in this blend. The dispersion and interface interaction are increased by the addition of 5% of PET-PP in the PET/PP blend. This is supported by SEM micrographs.
