摘    要:对6061锻造铝合金轮毂进行了热处理工艺试验,结果表明,该铝合金轮毂的最佳热处理工艺为540℃保温79min,于70~72℃水中冷却1min,然后166℃时效350min。经该工艺处理后轮毂的抗拉强度可达到362~368MPa。

Abstract:A test of heat treatment process for the wheel of 6061 aluminum alloy was made. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process for the wheel lies successively in heating at 540 ℃ for 79 rain, cooling in water of 70 - 72 ℃ for 1 min and aging at 166 ℃ for 350 min, and that the process will enable the tensile strength of the heat-treated wheel to amount to 366 -368 MPa
