| 摘 要： | 全面素质教育是指面向全体学生,整合全部资源,促进全面发展的教育。高职学生的素质基础,企业对人才的素质要求,以及高职院校素质教育的现状决定了实施全面素质教育的必要性。实施全面素质教育必须以高职人才培养的整体目标为引领,落实素质教育的应有地位和本质要求。实施全面素质教育的关键环节是改革高职教学体制机制,建设课程与主题活动体系,创新教学形式与手段。
