| 摘 要： | 对学生职业核心能力的培养,是中国的高校普遍面临的一个重要课题。阐述了高职院校学生职业核心能力的培养的内涵,分析了当前高职院校学生职业核心能力的现状,提出了高职院校在教学改革中学生职业核心能力的培养有效的五个途径。

| Abstract: | To cultivate students' core occupational competencies is an important issue to many colleges and universities in China.This article expounds the contents of cultivating core occupational competencies of students in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation of core occupational competencies of students and proposes five effective approaches to promote the competencies. |
