| 摘 要： | 高职院校工学结合人才培养模式可以将学校的教学资源和企业的生产资源有机整合,实现学生综合素质的提高,企业也能在技改、产品升级和企业形象等方面得到提升。工学结合需要校企双方相互沟通,找准合作的切入点,在人才培养方案制定、教学计划、考核方式以及政策支持等方面开展工作,最大限度地实现双赢。
