井下套管单向挤压承载能力数值模拟

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了套管承受单向挤扁荷载的非线性大变形分析模型,分析了不同工况下多种规格套管工作应力与变形的关系.分析结果表明,随着服役年限的增长,套管变形经历着一个从弹性变形到塑性变形的时间历程,通过测量套管变形的径缩比能够有效地预测套管的服役状态.该分析为现场采取合理有效的套管损坏预防措施提供了可靠的依据.
