联横合纵是焊管企业走出困境的途径

指出当前焊管企业的主要矛盾是流动资金及其短缺，而“联横合纵”能集中现有财力、物力和人力在组合体内优化配置，实现效益最大化，使企业走出困境。着重从我国焊管基本行情、市场需求、市场环境、驾驭市场、经济趋势及企业生存与发展等方面论述了联横合纵的必然性。提出联横合纵必须遵循依法组合、体现自愿、平等相待和互利互惠的原则，建议小焊管厂以走联横之道为妥，大中型焊管企业以走合纵之路为宜，最后强调要高度重视组织创新
