摘    要:在LLC谐振变换器的设计中,谐振网络参数对变换器性能具有重要影响,合理选择谐振网络参数是实现变换器高效率的前提和保证.为此,提出一种简单的新型谐振网络参数设计方法,并给出其设计过程.在对LLC谐振变换器损耗、谐振网络传输效率和电压增益分析的基础上,选择合适的kQ乘积值,可以实现变换器增益要求、原边开关管的零电压开通和副...

Abstract:In the design of LLC resonant converter, resonant network parameters have important influence on the performance of the converter, the accurate parameters can create a precondition for LLC resonant converter to achieve high efficiency. For this reason, a simple and accurate design method for resonant network of LLC resonant converter is proposed. The design procedure is presented. Based on the analysis of the loss, resonant network transmission efficiency and the voltage gain of LLC resonant converter. By choosing the appropriate value of kQ product, the converter can realize the gain requirements, the primary switches can operate with zero voltage switching and rectifier diodes can operate with zero current switching. The efficiency of the converter is improved significantly. Finally a 1kW prototype is built up, the experimental results verify the validity of the proposed method.
