Abstract:Nitrogen generator is the core equipment used for fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines.Under the background of the intelligent construction of coal mines,in the face of the dilemma of low automation and difficulty in centralized monitoring of the traditional mine-used nitrogen generator,an unattended remote monitoring system of nitrogen generator which takes into account the requirements of automatic operation and intelligent monitoring and control is developed.The PLC is used for data acquisition and automatic control of the nitrogen generator.The configuration software is used to develop an efficient and intuitive HMI/SCADA system platform.The statistical analysis and processing of the key data information can realize the precise coordinated control and falut self diagnosis function.Industrial tests show that this system can realize the remote real-time monitoring and centralized management and control of the automatic operation state of the nitrogen generator,which reduces the operator cost of on-site supervision to the greatest extent,and reduce the possible production accidents caused by misoperation.It is of great significance for improving coal mine safety production scheduling and intelligent risk management and control.
