摘    要:目的 建立食用明胶中总铅和总铬标准物质的研制和定值方法.方法 以食用明胶为研究基体,研制了明胶中总铅、总铬成分分析标准物质.经过目标物基体添加、熔融混匀、冷却、干燥、灭菌等特殊工艺过程制备并分装.采用F-检验评价标准物质的均匀性,采用t检验(t-test)评价标准物质的长期和短期稳定性,采用10家权威实验室多种测量方法...

Abstract:The reference material of total lead (Pb) and total chromium (Cr) in gelatin was prepared based on edible gelatin as base. The reference material was prepared by adding target elements, molten mixing, drying, cooling, mixing, sterilizing and packaged. F-test was used to evaluate the uniformity of the reference material, and t-test was used to evaluate the long-term and short-term stability. Several different methods were used to determine standard value of total lead and total chromium by 10 laboratories, and the uncertainty of the results was evaluated. The standard value and the expanded uncertainty(k=2) of the reference material were as follows: total lead (32.2±1.6) mg/kg; total chromium (43.0±2.2) mg/kg. The reference material of total lead and total chromium in gelatin will supplement the related reference material series continuously.
