Abstract: | Based on big data and artificial intelligence techniques,we investigate applications on the controlling of the 2019 coronavirus disease(COVID-19)epidemic event during the spreading of the novel coronavirus pneumonia from 2019 to 2020 in this brief paper.Our review includes main subjects in this field concerning COVID-19 under the viewpoint of big data and artificial intelligence analysis published recently,including genome sequencing and analysis,intelligent medical diagnosis services,vaccine research and drug screening,anti-epidemic resources production and scheduling,outbreak tracing and monitoring,etc.Discussion on adopting big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology to prevent and control similar major epidemic event are carried out too.Our research should provide some reference for enhancing the application and exploration of big data and artificial intelligence techniques in various new scenarios related to epidemic prevention and control. |
