摘    要:提出一种由2个电感、一个电容和2个二极管组成的LCL单元,利用该单元的储能作用,提高升压变换器的电压增益。应用磁集成技术对电感进行耦合集成,降低电感电流纹波。为进一步增加电压增益、减小开关管的电压应力引入电容C_2。分析了变换器的工作原理,推导了电压增益公式、开关器件的电压应力和电感电流纹波。与传统Boost变换器相比,所提变换器电压增益是其3-D倍,电感电流纹波减小近一半,开关器件的电压应力是输出电压的2/(3-D)。最后通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to improve the voltage gain of the traditional Boost converter,a LCL unit consisting of two inductors,one capacitor and two diodes was presented.Magnetic integrated inductor reduced the inductor current ripple.Introducing capacitor C2 reduced the voltage stress of the switches and improved further the voltage gain.Then this paper analysed the working principle and derived voltage gain expression of the proposed converter,the voltage stress of the switches and inductor current ripple.Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed that the presented converter has following advantages.The voltage gain is (3-D) times of the traditional Boost converter.The coupling inductor reduces the inductor current ripple by nearly half.The voltage stress of the switching device is 2/(3-D) of the output voltage.
