Abstract:A new COMSOL and ANSYS Maxwell co-simulation method is proposed to solve the problem of low accuracy of abrasive characteristics calculation in lubricating oil system.Besides,the modified model of non-circuit compensation improves the calculation accuracy and can effectively analyze the response of the sensor to the characteristics such as the size and position of different abrasive particles.The results of the analysis indicate that the method can calculate the induce voltage when abrasive particles passing through the sensor,due to the different detection mechanisms,when ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic debris particles are detected respectively,the phase of output signal is opposite.Influenced by magnetization and eddy current,the sensor is sensitive to the detection of ferromagnetic debris particles,the response curve of the sensor to different particle sizes can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the sensor structure.At present,this algorithm has been applied to the development of various types of oil debris monitors.
