摘    要:醋酸纤维素(CA)纳米纤维具备原料来源丰富、生物可降解特点,可以用于分离领域、生物医学领域.然而,CA大分子氢键较多且结晶度较高,在一般溶剂中较难溶解,为CA纳米纤维制备带来困难.本文通过甲酸/氯化钙溶剂体系直接溶解CA,并制备纳米纤维,研究不同含量氯化钙等参数对CA纳米纤维形貌等影响.通过SEM观测不同纺丝参数下CA...

Abstract:Cellulose acetate(CA)nanofibers have the characteristics of rich sources of raw materials and biodegradability,and can be used in the field of separation and biomedicine.However,CA macromolecules have more hydrogen bonds and higher crystallinity,and therefore,are difficult to dissolve in general solvents,which brings difficulties to the preparation of CA nanofibers.Herein,CA was directly dissolved by a formic acid/calcium chloride solvent system,and then nanofibers were prepared to study the influence of different content of calcium chloride and other parameters on the morphology of CA nanofibers.The morphology of CA nanofibers under different spinning parameters was observed by SEM,and the crystalline structure of the fiber membrane before and after the removal of calcium chloride was studied by XRD.And the wetting performance of the fiber membrane was characterized.The results show that under the condition of solution concentration of 20%with different calcium chloride ratios,CA nanofibers with better morphology can be obtained.It has little effect on the structure and morphology of the fiber membrane before and after the removal of calcium chloride.In summary,it can be seen from the results that the formic acid/calcium chloride solvent system can dissolve CA at room temperature and obtain CA nanofibers with better morphology,which lays a foundation for the preparation of CA nanofibers and applications in related fields.
