Abstract:With the prominent characteristics of power electronization in high-proportion new energy power system, the power system wideband simulation faces challenges. Firstly, the basic theory of dq unified frequency transformation modeling is introduced, and the similarities and differences between dq unified frequency transform modeling and quasi-static phase modeling are analyzed. Then, based on this basic theory, the multi-scale simulation model of synchronous generator, doubly-fed wind turbine generator and power network is established. Furthermore, aiming at the high-dimensional problem of power grid in system simulation and analysis, a method of system network simplification is proposed to reduce the model order. Finally, IEEE 3-machine 9-bus test system is adopted to verify the accuracy of the proposed simulation model. The simulative results show that the proposed modeling method can correctly calculate the wideband simulation model under oscillation mode, which compensates the shortage that the electro-magnetic transient model cannot calculate the small signal stability mode. Meanwhile, the proposed modeling method has the abilities of fast wideband simulation and high accuracy consistent with the electro-magnetic transient model, which is suitable for large-scale power simulation and analysis.
