摘    要:针对铜铅矿物表面性质相似,可浮性相近,造成铜铅分离困难的问题,本文选用环保型高效选择性抑制剂BK520,对某铜铅混合精矿进行铜铅分离试验研究。研究发现,BK520的使用有效降低铅精矿中铜的含量,获得了铅品位74.85%、铅作业回收率92.79%、铜品位2.61%的铅精矿和铜品位21.23%,铜回收率89.86%、铅品位5.34%的铜精矿。

Abstract:To solve the problem of copper lead separation caused by similar surface properties and flotability of copper lead minerals, this paper selected an environmentally friendly high-efficiency selective inhibitor BK520 to conduct an experimental study on the separation of copper lead from a mixed concentrate of copper lead. The study found that the use of BK520 effectively reduced the content of copper in lead concentrate, and obtained lead concentrate withthe lead grade 74.85%, lead recovery rate 92.79%, copper grade 2.61% and copper concentrate with copper grade 21.23%, copper recovery rate 89.86%, lead grade 5.34%.
