摘    要:四川巴中谭家山水泥用石灰岩矿矿区分为东矿区和西矿区,东矿区作为第一期开采,设计边坡高度约300m,最终整体边坡角41.9°。矿区地质条件复杂,地层呈陡倾顺层单斜产出,岩体节理裂隙发育,地下存在规模不等的溶洞,边坡为典型的陡倾顺层露天矿高边坡,安全隐患较为突出。本文以现场地质调查为基础,首先采用工程地质分析法分析了谭家山石灰岩露天矿边坡可能存在的破坏模式,结果表明整体边坡与台阶边坡皆存在不同破坏模式的安全隐患;其次考虑生产爆破及地下溶洞的可能分布情况,指出了生产过程中可能出现的边坡安全隐患;最后针对可能出现的边坡安全隐患,提出了相应的处置对策及措施。研究成果可为矿山生产安全管理提供参考。

Abstract:The limestone mine of Tanjiashan cement in Bazhong, Sichuan Province is divided into east and west mining areas. As the first stage of mining, the eastern part has a designed slope height of about 300 m, and the final overall slope angle is about 41.9 °. The geological conditions of the mine are complex, the bedding plane is in steep dip and monocline, the rock mass joints are developed, and there are karst caves with different scales underground. The slope is a typical high slope of steep dip and bedding open-pit mine, and the potential safety hazard is relatively prominent. Based on the field geological survey, the possible failure modes of the limestone open pit slope in Tanjiashan are analyzed firstly by using the engineering geological analysis method, and the results show that there are hidden dangers of different failure modes in the overall slope and the bench slope. Secondly, considering the blasting and the possible distribution of underground karst cave, the possible danger of slope safety in the production process are pointed out in detail. Finally, according to the potential danger of slope safety, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The research results can provide a reference for mine production and safety management.
