| 摘 要： | 提出面向注塑模具的CAPP系统开发方法。即以归纳出的抽象零件而建立的工艺模板为基础,开发了基于网络 和数据库、具有企业集成层、项目管理层和工艺设计层的注塑模具CAPP系统。该系统能够满足注塑模具零件特别是非 成型零件的工艺设计要求。

| Abstract: | The development method of Web-based CAPP for plastic injection mould is proposed through analyzing the features of process planning for plastic injection mould and CAPP. The CAPP system for plastic injection mould developed, which is mainly characterized by process-templates built for abstract parts, is based on the network and the database and consists of three levels: enterprise integration level, project management level and process planning level. This system can satisfy the demand of process planning for plastic injection mould parts, esp. For non-forming parts, and has the advantages of friendly interface and flexibility for customization. |
