大流动性机制砂混凝土降本增效措施研究

摘    要:运用聚羧酸高性能减水剂配制大流动性机制砂混凝土,并优化混凝土配合比,可显著降低混凝土生产成本,提高单方混凝土利润。其中,配制的C30、C40、C50大流动性机制砂混凝土较使用萘系减水剂混凝土均实现了成本降低。

Study on Measures of Cost Reduction and Benefit Increase for Flowing and High Strength Manufactured Sand Concrete
Abstract:The application of high-performance polycarboxylate superlasticizer in constructing flowing and high strength manufactured sand concrete and the optimization of concrete mix proportions can dramatically reduce the construction cost and increase the benefit of each cube concrete. The pre-pared C30, C40, C50 flowing and high strength manufactured sand concrete, compared with concrete with FDN Superplasticizer Added, achieve the goal of cost reduction.
