大型商业建筑疏散问题分析

随着建筑物结构与布局的巨大改变,大型综合商业体在全国各地不断涌现,具有体量庞大、疏散困难、事故损失巨大的特点,为整个建筑的疏散和防火带来一定困难,消防疏散问题也日益突出,使得建筑艺术越来越与安全保障的工程项目息息相关。该文从大型商业的防火问题角度出发,具体阐述总图布置、防火分区的划分、室内疏散与通道、消防措施、疏散宽度以及消防设施等,并以实例分析消防部门审批中,对规范条文认定的问题,并进行相关探讨。

Analysis on Evacuation Issue in Large Commercial Buildings

With the dramatic change of architectural structure and layout, numbers of large commercial complexes ceaselessly emerge. But the character-istics of these complexes like large capacity, uneasy evacuation and great loss bring difficulties to the evacuation and fire prevention of the entire build-ing and render the issue of fire evacuation increasingly highlighted, making architectural art more related to safety issue. From the aspect of fire preven-tion of large commercial buildings, the gel layout, fire prevention area division, indoor evacuation and channel, general fire control measures, evacuation width and fire control facilities are elaborated. And the issues identified in the codes of the fire department are analyzed with practical cases and dis-cussed as well.
