基于整机运转状态的齿轮箱故障诊断

摘    要:在对机床进行故障诊断过程中,对齿轮箱的检测至关重要.综合分析齿轮箱的振动频谱可以快速、准确地确定故障产生的原因以及故障位置.对北方工业大学数控中心的XK5025型数控立式降台铣床齿轮箱进行振动频谱分析后,判定该机床齿轮箱的大齿带轮出现严重磨损是齿轮箱产生异常振动的主要原因,此外,各齿轮轴以及齿轮之间啮合的松动故障也是齿轮箱异常振动重要原因.
