氢氧化钡、氯化锌等产品的生产工艺改进

针对生产氯化钡、硫氢化钠等产品的化工厂的困境，在不做大量投资、不做大的改动、不改变原厂的基础上，提出了改善产品结构、革新生产工艺的方法。原有生产状况是：利用原料硫化钡、盐酸、硫化钠生产氯化钡和硫氢化钠，但氯化钡亏损，整体效益差。改进新工艺为：在原有原料中增加氧化锌，即以粗质氧化锌、硫化钡、盐酸、硫化钠为原料生产氢氧化钡、氯化锌、硫氢化钠，以效益好的氢氧化钡、氯化锌取代了氯化钡，并保存了原来效益好的硫氢化钠，整体效益大大提高。

Improvement of production of barium hydroxide and zinc chloride etc.

In view of the difficult position of the plant of producting BaCl_2 and NaHS,and on the basis of existing process,the improvement of the product structure is put forward.The old process is that the BaS,HCl and Na_2S are used as raw material to produce BaCl_2 and NaHS.Due to the loss of BaCl_2 production,the overall benifit of the enterprise is lower.While in the new process,the ZnO is added in the raw materials,i.e.,the coarse ZnO,BaS,HCl and Na_2S are used as raw materials to produce Ba(OH)_2,ZnCl_2 and NaHS.Because the Ba(OH)_2 and ZnCl_2,whose benifit is better,substitute for BaCl_2,thus,the total benifit of the plant can be improvement greatly.
