摘    要:本文以制氮切换式流程空分装置为研究对象,从装置操作中入塔杂质的清除、塔内冷量的平衡和常见故障的处理三方面入手,应用专业理论与实际生产中操作经验相结合的方法对装置平稳操作技巧进行了探讨。最终得出结论:只要控制好可逆式换热器环流量,控制好换热器热端、冷端温度,同时对膨胀机、热端温差等关键点合理调配,再从历次装置故障中总结处理经验,就可以达到有效控制装置运行工况的目的。

Abstract:This article took the spatial equipment operation of switching style process of nitrogen producing as research object. The stability of equipment operation was discussed with major theory and practical experiment from the removal of impurity in the tower of equipment operation, the balance of cold energy in tower and the treatment of diagnosis. The conclusion was if the circulation in the reversible heat exchanger was controlled, the temperature of heat exchanger heat and cold points were controlled, the temperature difference as the key points was controlled probability, from the treatment experiment of the diagnosis of equipment, the effective control on the operation of equipment was achieved.
