摘    要:针对某火电厂600MW机组凝结水泵设计压头偏高、凝结水系统阻力设计偏大问题,加之机组调峰运行、除氧器滑压运行等原因,致使除氧器水位调节阀的开度较小,造成节流损失偏大、凝结水泵偏离经济区域运行,导致凝结水泵在实际运行中耗电浪费严重的现象。在所采集电厂实时运行数据的基础上。结合原设计参数,对该电厂凝结水泵的变频改造进行了可行性分析。为下一步实施改造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:For a 600MW Coal - fired Power Unit, the condensate pump always designed to be high pressure, the resistance of condensing water system is designed too large, coupled with peaking units , sliding pressure deaerator and so on, the opening of water level control valve for deaerator is too small, so lead to more throttling losses, and the condensate pump always run away from economic region. Finally, more power energy is wasted. Based on the real - time data collected from power plants, this article analysis the feasibility of installing a frequency converter . The result can be a strong evidence of transformation in the future.
