| 摘 要： | 采用凸轮间歇机构作为进给的动力，对矿山的卷扬刹车系统磨损表面进行修整，使之达到卷扬的使用要求。另外对于特殊加工环境下的刀具选择、使用以及切削力的计算、加工机架强度要求等进行了重点说明。

| Abstract: | Cam intermittent mechanism is used as the feeding power to trim the worn surface of the mine hoisting brake system, so as to make it satisfy the operating requirement of the hoisting. In addition, under special machining circumstance, tool selection and application, as well as the cutting force calculating and machining stand strength requirement have been described in detail. |
