摘    要:为了提高混凝土材料的拉压比,降低其脆性,使之得到更广泛的应用,人们试图寻求各种途径。目前,钢纤维增强混凝土是最有发展前途的一种方法。而在钢纤维混凝土中影响其增强效果的因素较多,其中钢纤维的配向性是主要的因素之一。本文就这个问题通过试验并在理论方面进行了探讨,定量地得出了钢纤维在混凝土中定向配向的不同增强效果,为进一步提高钢纤维的增强效果提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Various attempts were made to increase the ratio of tensile Strength to compressive strength of concrete and to decrease its brittleness, so as to extend the range of application. Recently, it is found out that the steel-fibred concrete is a method of good prospects. Factors that have influence on the strengthening effect are numerous, while the direction of steel fibers in concrete is an important one among them. In thispaper, a superficial exploration on this subject is made both through experiments and theoretical analysis, and then different strengthening effects corresponding to different oriented collocation of steel fibers are worked out quantitatively, thus providing a theoretical basis to further improve the strengthening effect of steel fibers.
