空心漂珠增强硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料实验研究

摘    要:通过对纯的和空心漂珠增强的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的微观结构分析,探讨了泡沫体的微观行为和增强相的内在作用。实验结果表明:在既不增加生产成本又不影响产品密度的同时,后者可明显地提高泡沫材料的抗压性能和阻燃性,阐明了空心漂珠对硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的增强机理是对基体增强,而不是对泡沫体增强。

Abstract:The microcosmic behavior and the in-operation of the microspheres were discussed by analyzing microstructure of RPU. The experiments indicated that the yield-cost was not increased and the density of product was not impacted too, but the capability of resisting press and the quality of blocking light were clearly improved. The reinforcing mechanism is that the microspheres reinforce rigid polyurethane, not reinforce foam.
