摘    要:以磷酸铝为粘结剂,铝板为载体,利用粘结剂法和浸渍提拉法制备负载型纳米TiO2催化剂。探讨了光照时间和AlPO4添加量对TiO2光催化活性的影响,并对催化剂进行了SEM和XRD表征。结果表明:光照时间的延长有利于光催化反应;确定了AlPO4最佳添加量为20%,对应的亚甲基蓝降解率达到47.5%。XRD结果表明,纳米TiO2晶型为锐钛矿型,AlPO4的引入对TiO2的晶型结构不产生影响。

Abstract:With aluminum phosphate as binder, aluminum plate as the carrier, loaded nano TiO2 catalysts was prepared by adhesive method and dip-coating method. The effects of irradiation time and AIPO4 addition amount on photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was studied, and the catalysts were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that prolonging irradiation time was beneficial for photocatalytic reaction; Determined that the optimal addition amount of AlPO4 was 20 %, the corresponding degradation rate of methylene blue reached 47.5 %. The XRD results showed that the nano TiO2 crystal type was anatase type, and the introduction of AlPO4 didn't affecl TiO2 crystal structure.
