基于能源成本分析的居住建筑节能推广研究

摘    要:居住建筑节能推广工作受制于初期投资的增加,但是从能源成本和建筑全寿命周期的角度分析,住宅节能效益不仅能消化初期投资的增加,还为全社会节约了大量能源.作者运用DeST-h软件分析某居住建筑实例,结果表明采取墙体、屋面增加保温层、窗体优化、改变窗墙比、增加水平遮阳等节能措施后,建造成本增加约为170元.m-2,投资回收期约为12年.在此基础上,作者建议建立一套住宅能耗标识体系以及相关监督机制,以增加住宅投资者与消费者之间对于节能的共识.

Abstract:Applying energy thrift measures in residential buildings is limited by the increase of initial investment.However,from the view of energy cost and life-cycle cost,we can find that energy-saving benefit can offset the increase of initial investment and save considerable amount of energy.In this paper,we use the software DeST-h to analyze a residential building project.The results show that the initial cost will increase by 170 yelan.m2 by taking several energy-saving measures,such as heat preservation measures on external wall and roofing,changing windows,changing window-wall ratio and adding horizontal sun-shading.And it takes about 12 years to recover the energysaving investment.The paper further proposes to establish a labeling system of energy consumption and take relevant intervention measures to promote better communication between investors and homebuyers and to popularige implementation of energy-saving residential buildings.
