配电网络缺陷管理系统的设计与实现

现行的配电网络管理信息系统强调信息采集与管理,对工作流程管理未给予足够的重视。在总结传统配电网络运行管理系统实现方法的基础上,引入工作流管理,提出缺陷管理的闭环工作流。结合天津某地区配电网络缺陷管理系统的开发,阐述了基于闭环设计的工作流模型,系统地介绍了配电网络缺陷管理系统的总体结构。根据工作流模型的需要,对闭环工作流逻辑控制进行了设计,对系统平台和数据库的选型设计进行了说明。实践证明,该系统可实现对缺陷管理过程的可控、在控的闭环管理和过程监控。

Design and development of distribution grid defect management information system

The present distribution grid management information systems emphasize information acquisition and management,but not pay sufficient attention to the workflow management.Based on the present ways of developing distribution network management information system,this paper introduces workflow management technology,and puts forward the closed-loop workflow.Combining the design and construction of management information system for power supply production inside Tianjin Electric Power Co.,it expounds the workflow model based on closed-loop,systematically introduces the overall structure of distribution grid management information system.According to the workflow model,the logic control of the closed-loop workflow is designed in this paper,and the lectotype and design of the system platform and database are described.It is proved that the system implements the closed-loop control and progress monitor of the defect management.
