摘    要:某尾矿中铁品位达到28%左右,以赤、褐铁矿为主,回收利用价值较高,通过全磁选、磁-重、磁-浮3种不同选别流程的试验研究,确定了全磁选流程为此种矿物最佳处理方案,通过全磁选闭路流程可获得精矿品位59.85%,回收率58.40%的选矿指标,能有效利用资源。

Abstract:The grade iron in one tailing reaches about 28% , and mianly exist in forms of pyrite and limonite and has high-value to recovery. Adopting three different experimental flow-sheets, such as full-magnetic dressing, magnetic-gravity dressing and magnetic- floating dressing, the best treatment option for such mineral is high-intensity full-magnetic dressing, which iron grade in the concentrates is 59. 85% and iron recovery is 58.40% , so resources can be used effectively.
