摘    要:介绍了锰矿熔融还原的机理和转炉吹炼过程中加入锰矿的工业试验,在吹炼6 ~ 10 min期间内加入锰矿,有利于提高锰矿的还原率.对影响转炉吹炼终点锰含量的因素进行了分析,提出了在转炉吹炼过程中加入锰矿提高终点锰含量的控制要点.

Abstract:It is introduced the mechanism of manganese ore smelting reduction and the industrial test to add manganese ore in converter blowing process. To add manganese ore during the first 6 to 10 minutes of smel- ting helps to increase reduction rate of manganese ore. The factors to affect end manganese content in con- verter smelting process are analyzed, the key control points to increase end manganese content proposed.
