承钢120t LF炉除尘工艺优化及实践

摘    要:通过对双层炉盖下衬和水冷炉盖上的喂丝孔进行优化、在双层炉盖的正上方增加一种改善除尘效果的设施、在下料导管下部增加除尘支管并入LF炉除尘主管道等措施,保证LF炉处理过程中产生的粉尘不外扬;通过优化除尘管道路由、在除尘管道端部与水冷炉盖吸风口对接处开口以便于观察水冷炉盖内积渣并及时处理,减少除尘的管道阻力损失;通过优化工艺操作,降低设备运行初期的粉尘排放量,保证除尘效果.

Abstract:To ensure the dust produced in LF treatment not to rise, optimization was carried out on underlay of double -layer cover and feeding hole in water- cooled furnace cover, facilities which can improve dedusting effect was installed on the double - layer cover right above, dust support tube was added on the lower part of material delivery pipe and combined with the main dedusting pipeline of LF furnace. To reduce the resistance loss of dedusting pipeline, optimization was carried out on the dedusting pipeline, an open was made on the joint between dedusting pipeline end and sucking outlet on the water- cooled cover to observe the slag in the cover easily and clean it promptly. Dust emission capacity in the early running was reduced by process optimization so that dedusting effect was guaranteed.
