热轧槽钢轧后冷却过程模拟

摘    要:利用有限元软件对热轧20#槽钢轧后冷却过程进行模拟,获得了轧后冷却过程温度场变化规律及典型部位的温度变化.通过实际测量值进行验证,模拟结果与实际冷却过程吻合较好.为研究槽钢轧后冷却规律提供了一种方法,对设置终轧温度及改善冷却条件提供了理论依据,进而有利于保证产品性能和减小冷却变形.对生产过程中轧制工艺制定、残余应力研究具有指导意义.

Abstract:Cooling process after rolling of hot - rolled 20 # channel steel was simulated by using the finite element software, and temperature field variation rule of cooling process after rolling and temperature variation of typical sites were obtained. The simulation results was in agreement with the actual cooling process through checking with actual measurement value. This article provides a study method of cooling regularity after rolling of channel steel and provides a good theoretical basis for setting the finishing temperature and improving the cooling conditions in the cooling bed, which is conducive to en- sure product performance and reduce cooling deformation of the product. It is instructive on the formulation of rolling process in production process and the study on residual stress.
