| 摘 要： | 针对安钢除尘灰应用现状,对高炉喷吹煤粉添加除尘灰进行了试验研究.结果表明：除尘灰能起到加速煤粉燃烧、提高灰熔点等作用,进而改善高炉喷煤效果,并能回收铁元素.除尘灰在煤粉中的配加量应控制在6％以下.

| Abstract: | The mixed injection of coal powder with blast furnace dust was tested based on the current dust application in Anyang Steel. The test results show that ： the dust can accelerate the combustion of coal powder and improve the coal ash fusibility so as to improve the effects of blast furnace injection and recover Fe elements efficiently. The dusts addition in coal powder shall be controlled below 6%. |
