| 摘 要： | 通过设计开发四个化纤仿毛织物，并且经过染整工序坯布检验、预缩、预定形、碱减量、水洗、染色、热水洗、冷水洗、热定形、成品，其中研究了主要工序预缩、预定形、碱减量、染色工序对仿毛织物蓬松度的影响以及和成品蓬松度进行对比，结果发现，坯布的蓬松度比较大，经过染整工序后，织物的蓬松度减小，其中预定形、碱减量、染色对仿毛织物的蓬松度的影响比较大。 |

| Abstract: | Four different wool-like fabrics are developed and subjected to such precedures as gray inspection,preshrinking, presetting, alkali deweighting, washing, dyeing, hot water washing,cool water washing,heat-settingand end product inspection.
