染整工序与化纤仿毛织物蓬松度之间的关系

摘    要:通过设计开发四个化纤仿毛织物,并且经过染整工序坯布检验、预缩、预定形、碱减量、水洗、染色、热水洗、冷水洗、热定形、成品,其中研究了主要工序预缩、预定形、碱减量、染色工序对仿毛织物蓬松度的影响以及和成品蓬松度进行对比,结果发现,坯布的蓬松度比较大,经过染整工序后,织物的蓬松度减小,其中预定形、碱减量、染色对仿毛织物的蓬松度的影响比较大。

Abstract:Four different wool-like fabrics are developed and subjected to such precedures as gray inspection,preshrinking, presetting, alkali deweighting, washing, dyeing, hot water washing,cool water washing,heat-settingand end product inspection. The influence of the main precedures, on bulkiness of the wool-like fabrics i.e.,preshrinking, presetting, alkali deweighting and dyeing, and a comparative study of the four kinds of wool-like fabricare conducted in respect of the bulkiness.
