丙烯酸系水煤浆添加剂的制浆性能研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸-丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酰胺三元共聚物为水煤浆添加剂,在潘一煤矿选煤厂制备煤泥水煤浆过程中,加入0.1%添加剂,其最大制浆浓度的质量分数达71%;利用X光电子能谱(XPS)研究共聚物添加前后在煤粉表面元素含量的变化;利用红外光谱对水煤浆的结构进行了分析,煤粉表面吸附了共聚物,煤粉表面变为亲水性能,能使煤水系统稳定存在.

Abstract:The additive was made of three element copolymer with Acrylic acid, acrylic ester and propylene amide. During the slime coal water mixture preparation in Panyi coal preparation plant, 0. 1% additive was added and the max density of the mixture was reached to 71%. XPS applied to study the surface element content changes before and after the copolymer added. The structure of the coal water mixture was analyzed with infrared spectrum. Due to the surface of coal powder adsorbed the copolymer, the surface of the coal powder became to have a hydrophilic nature, which could keep the coal and water system in stable.
