供热管网中调节阀的选用

通过对供热管网常用调节装置在用户自主调节供热系统与传统供热系统中不同作用的分析,指出了不同供热系统和不同调节方式下应选用的调节装置类型。同时指出平衡阀、自力式流量控制阀、自力式压差控制阀等调节装置都属于调节阀范畴,其口径选择是相似的。文中提出了一种调节阀口径选择的新方法,并与调节阀口径的其他几种选择方法进行对比分析,指出调节阀口径选择的关键是合理确定阀门两侧压差。

Selection of Regulatirig Apparatus in Heating Pipeline Network

The function of regulating apparatus in self-determination regulating heating system and traditional heating system were analyzed in this paper.It was presented that diferent regulating apparatus should be used in different heating system according to the regulating method.The bal anc evalve,the flow conrtol valve and the diferent ialpressure conrtol valve all be longed to regulating valve and the method of selecting calibre of the missimilar.A new method of selecting calibre of regulating valve was put forward in this paper.By comparing with other methods,it Was concluded that the key of selecting calibre was making sure the diferent ialpressure on the side of valve.
