摘    要:以热化理论为基础,从自行推导的三个宏观经济、技术指标入手,初浅地说明热化指标的应用意义和作用。经过生产实践检验,突破了背压机组绝对“以热定电”的束缚,促使石化企业自备热电站进一步提高全厂热电联产中热能体系的“功效率”,在热能的生产过程中最大限度地换取廉价的电能,同时获取节汽、增电的双重效益。

Abstract:Based on the theory of thermalization,the paper expouds the significence and effect of application of thermalization index according to three macroecnomic and technical indexes.The fetter of the volume of electricity determined absolutely by heat amount for back-pressure electric generation units has been broken,which was proved by production practice.The achievement accelerates thermoelectric plant in petrochemical enterprises to improve work efficiency of heat energy system in heat and power cogeneration,and gain maximium cheap electric energy during the heat energy production with the double benefit of steam saving and electric power increase.
