敏化对微弧氧化TiO2膜光催化性能的影响

摘    要:采用微弧氧化法以磷酸钠为电解液在钛片上制备TiO2膜,通过对苯胺废水的光催化降解率来表征TiO2膜的光催化性能,采用溶胶-凝胶和敏化处理对TiO2膜进行改性。实验结果表明:用溴甲酚绿敏化溶胶-凝胶法负载两次的TiO2膜,当溴甲酚绿敏化剂的质量浓度为20 mg/L,pH为5,敏化时间为16 h,TiO2膜的光催化效率达到40.6%。

Abstract:Titanium oxide TiO2 coatings were prepared on the titanium surface by micro-arc oxidation(MAO) in Na3PO4 solution.The photocatalytic ability of the coatings were evaluated by photocatalytic degradation experiment of aniline aqueous solution.Then the coatings were modified by sol-gel method and sensitization.The result shows that the optimum condition is: twice TiO2 coatings by sol-gel method,the bromocresol green concentration of 20 mg/L,the pH of 5 and the sensitization time of 16 hours.The photocatalytic degradation rate of TiO2 films is 40.6% in this optimum condition.
