摘    要:广州琶洲PZB1401地块项目为体型特别不规则的复杂高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、竖向抗侧力构件不连续、塔楼偏置的情况,设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据结构的重要性提出不同的性能目标。进行小震弹性分析、弹性时程分析、中震弹性分析以及大震弹塑性分析,确保结构整体和各构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。对于转换桁架、悬挑桁架、裙楼斜撑和斜柱以及薄弱楼板连接等重要构件,通过多种构造措施及计算分析,确保结构安全可行。

Abstract:Guangzhou Pazhou PZB1401 project is a complicated tall building with a special irregular type,which has the disadvantage cases of torsional irregularity,discontinuous floor,lateral force resisting system discontinuous and tower offset.Performance-based seismic design was adopted during the design process,different seismic performance objectives were determined according to the importance of the structural component.The elastic analysis under light or medium earthquake and the elasto-plastic analysis under strong earthquake were carried out to make the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural member reach the expected objective.Different construction detail and analysis were proceed on the important or significant component,such as transfer frame,cantilever structure,podium inclined column and weak connected floor to gurantee the structure system safe and reliable.
